Deleting an Action Item in Questionnaire tab

Step-by-step instruction:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Audit Management menu Item.
3. Click on the Manage Audits menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Perform Audit tab.
6. Click on the Questionnaire tab.
7. Click on the Action item icon.
   
   
   
   
8. Select the Action Item by selecting the check box at the Action Item and Click on Delete button.
9. Click on the OK button.
