Browser Compatibility Guide
If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that compatibility view is not enabled for ProcessMAP. The system requires correct settings to be in place for the Internet Explorer browser which can be set using the below steps:
- Select Tools from the top of your browser.
NOTE: If you do not see Tools, please press the Alt button on your keyboard for it to appear.
- Select Compatibility View Settings.
- The three questions displayed at the bottom of the window should not be checked. If they are, please unselect all of them.
- The window for the added websites should not contain com or pmapconnect.com. If either of these websites is in the list, please select it by clicking on it once and click the Remove button.
- Click Close.
- The browser should refresh automatically with the new settings.
Make sure that the ProcessMAP url as well as the Insight Plus url (https://insightplus.processmap.com) is added to the trusted sites section of the browser. Also ensure that the clients IT systtem admin has white-listed the ProcessMAP and Insight Plus urls as well.

- As IE11's life is tied with Windows OS and MS is slowly dropping the support one by one from all its offerings, based on how our customers are moving forward will take the final call accordingly on this IE 11
