Users will be able to classify the case of an incident from the Case Progression Tracking in Case Management.
Step by step Instructions:
Adding a Case Progression log:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Incident Management menu Item.
- Click on the Case Management menu Item.
4. Select Case Number from the Incident List Screen.
5. In order to Add the Case Progression Log in Case Management, click on the Add Button.
6. Fill in the Details in New, screen. By selecting one of the classification of case.
7. Click on the Save Button.
