Accessing Injury Illness Application Setup - Incident Details - Cause of Illness/Injury

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the "Setup" Icon.
2. Click on the "Module Setup" Menu Item.
3. Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "Cause of Illness/Injury" In "Injury / Illness Lookup Values" section.
   
   
   
   
5. Then the detail screen of "Cause of Illness/Injury" will be shown.
