Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the "Modules" Icon.
  2. Click on "Corporate Audits" Menu Item.
  3. Click on "Manage Audits" Menu item.



  4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.



  5. Click on "Findings" tab.
  6. In "Action" Column, select "Create Action Items" from the drop down.



  7. Complete all the fields and click on "Save" button.
