Adding an Action Item Associated with a Finding

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Audit Management menu Item.
  3. Click on the Manage Audits menu item.



  4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.



  5. Click on the Perform Audit tab.
  6. Click on the Findings tab.
  7. In Action column, select Create Action Items from the drop down.



  8. Complete all the fields and click on Save button.
