- The application has been enhanced to capture counter measures that correspond to the responsible department.
- Based on the mapping trending can be performed for open and closed preventative action items in module specific within insight.
- This feature is also integrated into the IMS module.
- It is defaulted to be disabled in the product, which requires to requested to be enabled.

Counter Measure Look-up value:
Administrators will have the ability to configure the Counter Measure List from the Task Management Look up values located under the Module Setup
