LMS Home Page with Widgets

Step-by-step Instructions:

Select LMS Home Page View. New Widgets added for both Employee and Supervisor view.

2. LMS Employee Profile widget: Will appear based on the Employee and supervisor login.

My Training:: Will display the VTA courses with all status

Direct Reportees:: Will show both Non VTA & VTA sessions of direct reportees

Training Status ::

Employee : If logged in user is Employee ,show his training status
Supervisor :If logged in user is supervisor show his Direct Reportee Training Status

Employee Training Summary

Show direct reporters training records with the highest overdue and open
First it would consider the one with the highest overdue
If overdue count is same for both employees ,it will consider the Overdue + Open count

A new feature has been added with this version to show the outcome status as "Exempted" in LMS Widgets.

In v20.3 LMS My Training widget changes & Employee summary widget changes

My Training Widget will show both VTA and Non VTA records
VTA will show Launch , Resume .Upon clicking will open the third party window as earlier(no change in scope)
Non VTA will show view course document .Upon clicking would redirect to course attachment
Order of Data in View All (older records to appear first)

- Did not attend
- Complete
