My Training Widget in Home page

• In the Employee Widget - Training Course redirection to My Training instead of View session.
• Both LMS Profile Employee Widget and General Employee Widget  - if the user clicks on Training Courses, will redirect to My training.
• It needs to show the records in My training based on the period applied in the widget filter 

Further Information about the Training Widget : 

• This widget will be displayed at Level and Location too. 
• If the user clicks on the widget,  then the system will display the Employee Count of all the employees in that level with theoverdue courses.
• This widget is permission driven and will only be seen for Users who have respective Module permissions.  
• If the user does not  have scope to a particular location in a level then the count will not consider that location overdue trainings.
  • For example: If a Level has locations A,B,and C with overdue training counts of 2,3 & 4 respectively in these locations. Let us suppose that John Smith has scope only to A and C .Then,  system will show the count as 6[ It will not include the 3 Overdue courses of Location B. If user has scope to all the three locations,  then the system will show count as 9.
