Viewing your Permissions for Functions and Features

As a user or member of a group or role, you are assigned the capabilities that you need to work with different IBM Cognos Analytics functions and features.

About this Task

If you are missing a capability that you require, contact your administrator. To see what groups and roles and what capabilities are available with your sign-in credentials, follow these steps:

Procedure     

  1. Tap your personal menu, then tap My preferences > Personal > Advanced.

            

  2. Tap View details for either Groups and roles or My capabilities.
