PMP-103028 As a System Admin, I want to be able to restrict users to complete future audits before start date

• Title: Restrict Questionnaire Based on Program Start Date

Existing System: 

• Auditors can complete questionnaire of an audit that are scheduled in the future.

• This leads to compliance and quality issues.

Purpose: 

• Provide option for admins to restrict Questionnaire based on Audit Start date and avoid compliance and quality issues

Enhanced System:

• Has a public configuration to enable the restriction

• When enabled,

  • System does not allow auditors to perform audit before it's start date.

  • The Start Date gets disabled when at least one question in the questionnaire has been answered.

    • In case of corporate audit if any one location questionnaire has started, the Program start date field will be disabled.

• On Questionnaire screen, a message is displayed about this restriction.

• Although, users can navigate through different questionnaire sections.

• The restriction applies for existing audits if no question in the questionnaire has been answered.

  • If at least one question in the questionnaire has been answered, the restriction will not apply.

• Question Import tool lacks essential features such as:

  • Data mapping screen that allows to make required corrections immediately.

  • Options for text response questions, and the ability to import question translations.

Purpose: 

• This upgrade aims to address these limitations by leveraging the latest capabilities of the import tool framework.

Enhanced System:

• Has an upgraded question import tool that provides support all latest features.

• Has an upgraded question import template with standard formatting.

• Allows Administrators to upload Question and Guide Note translation for subscribed languages.

• Allows Administrators to configure text response questions through import tool.

• Allows Administrators to make any correction from Data Mapping screen instead of correcting the import tool file.

• Displays all data errors in user's logged in language, making it easy for Administrators to understand correct the errors.

• Allows Administrators to view import history done by all users and get details of the import.
