PMP-102949 As an end user I want autosave feature in Report New Incident screen
Configurable: Yes
Title: To enable the auto save feature

Default: Yes
Existing System:
Does not have Incident Auto Save feature when session timeout triggers
This causes loss of work for end users while creating an incident since filling the information is a time taking process
Many times, users need to step away from their computer or go to a different screen to get some information, meanwhile system session times out
Purpose:
Save user's work by auto save the unsaved incident information when the session is idle and about to timeout
Enhanced System:
System triggers the auto save after 10 seconds of session time out reminder.
Incident is auto saved if:
User has create or edit incident permission
User has filled mandatory fields required for draft save
All validations on manual save are also done in case of auto save with exceptions of below:
Action Item Section if answered as “Yes”
If Action Item Title or Action Taken is blank, it is auto populated as “Completed at time of reporting (Auto Saved)"
If Primary Owner is blank, it is auto populate as logged in user
Case Severity Section if answered as “Yes”
If any of the mandatory fields in this section is blank or if Detail Report complete business rule fails then the section is saved as No
If Witness or Injured Party count (Vehicle Incident) does not match with information provided:
The number selected is updated as per number of information sets provided.
After Auto Save, a confirmation message is displayed which clearly indicates that this was a save triggered by user
It also indicates the Incident Status and if any information was not saved (Case Severity) or saved with a system populated information (Completed Action Item)
Manual Save still works as is
Impacts: No Impact
