PMP-57617 As a System admin I do not want Immediate Supervisors to receive Investigation Responsibility Notification

Configurable: Yes

• Title: Notify Immediate Supervisor check box default selection
• Public / Private: Public
• Default: Enabled

Existing System: 

• Sends Investigation Responsibility notification to Immediate Supervisor of the injured employee by default
• There is no option to stop this notification for Immediate Supervisor of the injured employee

Purpose:

• Provide ability for users to choose if Immediate Supervisor should be notified about Investigation Responsibility or not.

Enhanced System:

• Will have a check box to trigger notification for Immediate Supervisor of the injured employee.
• Notification will trigger for Immediate Supervisor of the injured employee only if "Notify Immediate Supervisor" check box is checked and screen is saved
• Investigation Responsibility Owners will continue to get notification by default
• There is a configuration to display the check box checked by default
