Uploading/Attaching Supporting Documentation or Videos

We can attach documents or videos in Manage Work Ares screen, up to a limit of maximum 100MB. 

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the BBS menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Work Area menu item.

 


4. Click on the Work Area Name for which you want to add the attachment. 



5. In the Work Area Details, Click on Add/View Attachments.



6. Click on the Add button.



7. Click on Choose the File tab and select the file/video to be attached. 

8. Click on Click to Attach file tab for the selected file to be attached. 


9. Check for the Confirmation the message that appears in red on the screen. Enter a few details about the attachment in the fields Title and Description. 

10. Click on Save.
