Deleting a Hospital/Clinic Record

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Location Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Hospital/Clinic Information menu item in  Incident Management.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the record from the List.
6. Click on the Delete Button.
   
   
   
   
7. After clicking on the Delete Button,  a Pop-up window shows a message You are about to delete Info record(s). Continue?. Click on the OK Button.
