Add a New Eye Hazard Record

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on the Chemical Management menu item. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Health Hazard under Lookup values.
   
    
   
   
5. Click on the Add button.
   
   
   
   
6. In Hazard Type field, Select Eye from the drop-down.
