• Default : User should be able to  archive,retrieve  SDS and multi upload SDS attachment with version

Existing System:

In Manage Chemical & Group Chemical Library 

• Multiple screen navigation to  perform the add/overwrite SDS.
• User cannot retrieve the archived SDS from the Archive list.
• System doesnt allow to upload more than one SDS at a time 

Purpose : 

• User unable to upload multiple SDS ,Ex- SDS in different language 
• User cannot retrieve the archived SDS
• With Existing system ,lot of navigation and mouse clicks involved 

Enhanced  System:

• Single interface to  Add / Overwrite SDS with archival & retrival process in Manage Chemical and Group Chemical Library 
• Multiple SDS upload with proper versioning 

• Existing Data : NA
• Impacts : Extranet site - Customer can attach and view multiple SDS attachments

Existing System:

• Chemical record showed the only one SDS attachment 

Purpose : 

• Multiple SDS attachment impact 

Enhanced  System:

• Will show the multiple attachement (Active/Current SDS List attachments).
• By default all will be checked 
• User can also select one or multiple attachments 
• User need to check atleast one of the attachment to send this email .Else it will show error message as "Please select an attachment"
• Existing Data : Last uploaded SDS will appear 
• Impacts : NA
