• Default : Will display employee historical data in Employee Medical Profile 

Existing System:

• User can currently Add /Edit and Delete  Employee Records for current location  in Employee Medical Profile 
• For other location record ,user can view the record in list but cant view the details of the record

Purpose : 

• User unable to view the historical records details of the employee in Employee Medical Profile 

Enhanced  System:

• User should be able to view the details of the record of other location 
• However he should not be able to edit/delete the other location record 
• Save button for other location record appears hidden
• Location specific look ups field in read only format for other location record 

• User should be able to view historical data for following sections in Employee Medical Profile 

  • appointments
  • encounter type
  • soap notes
  • clinic notes
  • leaves
  • restriction
  • action items 
  • attachments
  • incidents

• Encounter Type Accordian Changes for Other Location record 

  • Employee Details - Save will appear hidden
  • Encounter type details - Save / Add  will appear hidden
  • Encounter type accordian -Edit  will appear hidden
  • soap notes -Add/Save / Delete  will appear hidden
  • clinic notes -Add/Save / Delete  will appear hidden
  • action items -Add/Save / Delete will appear hidden
  • attachments-Add/Save / Delete will appear hidden

Existing System  

• For bulk vaccine entry during Vaccine Campaign user  enters one administer immunization in web application only

Purpose 

• Time taking & Tedious to enter the same information repeatedly in multiple fields and section 
• Limited availability of Internet and computer during the campaigns

Enhanced System

• New App builder Form  for Administer immunization -FLU Blitz
• It would be just one time entry from App to Occ health  and would be sent to State Registry directly

Out of Scope 

• Edit Action  in App builder is restricted 
• Occ health to App builder Sync for  data is not in scope .
• Offline mode is not supported for Android

PMP-68832 :Random Drug Test Scheduler: Store previous month information in the backend

Configurable  : NA

• Default : Random drug test will not be enabled 

Existing System:

• Random Drug Test Scheduler runs every month and  picks 2.25% of total employees and create appointment on 2nd of the month for the last day of the month as per below filter , irrespective of any location
  • Filter 1 exclude other Employee types except BMW Associate
  • Filter 2 This will exclude an employee if he/she has undergone Drug screening in the past 90 days.

Purpose : 

• Incase the Employee appointments gets deleted from the system ,then the scheduler consider the same again and sends the Random drug test appointment ,which is duplicate to the customer 

Enhanced  System:

• Repository of all the Appointments irrespective available/deleted saved in backend 
• For next month Random drug test appointment creation it will consider the repository list  and check for the deleted Appointment also  and will consider the 90 days gaps for drug test appointment
