Widgets in Homescreen - What, Why and How

Widgets technically are small applications that are represented in either in pictorial or graphical or in a list format that give out a specific set of data or perform a specific function.  Ideally, they allow users to access the information that is available in the application by the click of a button( on the landing page) thereby reducing the need to navigate into the application. In the ProcessMAP homepage, Widgets can be found on the landing page / Homescreen. These widgets can be adjusted, added or removed depending on the necessity and flexibility.  

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. In the Home page, click on the Edit Layout button.
   
   
   
2. Once you are on the "Edit Layout" screen, you will select Add Widget.
   
   
   
3. Afterwards, you will be giving a screen to search or scroll for the desired widget for a module. 

4. Finally, you select your desired app by clicking Add Widget and it will automatically be added to your "Landing Page". (A small pop-up should appear confirming your selection)

5. Keep in mind in the Edit Layout page you can drag and drop the widgets to a desired spot as further customization.
