MobilePro Updates

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR VERSION 18.3

Please be advised that MobilePro along with your EHS information system will receive an upgrade to version 18.3 on this weekend. During the upgrade your system may be unavailable intermittently. The intermittent connectivity may occur from 11:00 pm Friday, Nov. 9^th through 12:00 pm (noon) Sunday, Nov. 11^{t h} (Eastern). Please see important updates below.

1. All the Mobile users would be prompted with an update button to upgrade to the latest app.
2. All the customers who use MDM systems (Mobile Device Manager) should inform their respective IT department for pushing the app update to their user devices on Nov 12th.
3. Please complete all offline data entries before 11:00 pm Friday, Nov. 9^th by going Online, which will allow all of your data to completely sync to your desktop EHS application.

In order to update the MobilePro application for iOS, follow the instruction below:  

Once the new version is available, upon accessing the application you should receive a prompt notifying you of the available update.  Click the "Update" button and allow the application to update.

** You must have an active connection in order to update.  Make sure the application says "online."

If you do not get that message, please follow these steps:

• Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. 
• At the bottom right, click on the search button.  
• Type in "ProcessMAP."
• When the MobilePro app appears, there should be an "update"  button next to it.
• Click the "update" button and wait for the app to update.

For Android users:

1. Locate the Google Play Store on your Android device. ...
2. Open the Play Store. ...
3. Touch the Menu icon, which looks like three horizontal bars stacked on top of each other. ...
4. Tap Update or Update All. ...
5. Accept the terms of the app. ...
6. Allow the app to update.
