Creating / Adding a Public Folder


Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Document Management Menu Item.


4. Select Document Folders menu item in Setup.


5. Click on the Add button.


6. Select the Folder type form the Folder View dropdown.

7. After Selecting the Folder Type. Click on the Save button.


Note: Public will allow the administrator to assign locations to the Folder.  All users with view access to the selected locations will be able to view the folder.
