Creating a Public Document

Public documents allow users with view permissions, access to the designated folder and scope to the location the ability to view, print and download the document.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Click on the Documents icon.
  2. Click on the Document Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Documents menu item.



4. Select the My Pending Uploads view from All Documents dropdown.



5. Click on the Add Details link.


6. To create a public document, select the Public View from the Document View dropdown.

7. After selecting the Public Document View, complete the remaining details and click on the Save button.
