20.3 App Builder HotFix Items

 DAP-4931 Ability to redirect to respective action item details in calendar module by clicking app builder action item

Existing System: User has to navigate to the calendar screen to close any action item.  

Purpose: Provide flexibility to close and action item from app builder screen.

Enhanced System: User would be able to 

  • Click any existing action item in app builder and he would see all options to perform next steps on the action item. 
  • User would be able to complete an action item, verify and close it. 

Impact: No impacts. 

Step 1: Once action item is created, open the action item: 


Step2: User will be able to see complete section and would be able to close the action item status. 


Step 3: After Save, user lands to app builder screen and the status is reflected on the card

Existing System

  • Does not have flexibility to capture additional information like site/department contact information, contractor information etc.  

Purpose: 

  • Provide flexibility to capture additional information about an audit

Enhanced System: 

  • Has a new multiselect user pick list field in Basic Detail section named "Contact/Responsible Person(s)"
    • The pick list displays only users who have "Site Audit - View Program" permission
  • Has a new section "Additional Details". This section has below fields:
    • Who is this Audit for? - This field has 3 options: Employee, Contractor and NA
      • These options would display based on the configuration
      • If Employee is selected, Employee pick list will display
      • If Contractor is displayed, Contractor pick list will display
    • Subcontractor(s) Involved - Text area with 2000 characters limit
  • These fields are available for selection in the list screen but added in any system view
  • Selected values from below fields are displayed in Questionnaire screen as tool tip
    • Lead Auditor, Audit Team member, Contact/Responsible Person(s) and Employee or Contractor from "Additional Details" section

 PMP-44199 Display of only active records in look up values for course

  • Default: Active course view in course picklist of schedule training and create session for active courses associated with plan

Existing System

  • No default view for active course in course picklist of session details 
  • If a Plan having both active and inactive course ,on selecting of the plan to create session, it creates session for inactive courses as well 

Purpose: 

  • System allows creation of  session with inactive courses 

Enhanced System: 

  • In Session Details > Course Picklist have default view for active courses
  • If a plan has both active and inactive courses , then it will create sessions for the active course only .
  • Incase the inactive course gets activated again then it will further create session for the new session ,there will be no change to existing session
  • While creating session with plan . If the plan selected have no active records then show msg "Selected Plan have no active courses .Hence no session can be created for this plan"

Impact: No Impact

Session Details > Course Picklist - default view is Active Courses 


Training Plan Set up - selected both active and inactive course  .Upon selecting the plan in session will create session for active course only

  • No field in outcome details to mark whether a training is effective or reassessment required 

Purpose: 

  • Difficult to identify and pick the employee who would need reassessment

Enhanced System: 

  • New field "Training effectiveness" in outcome details 
  • Build in accordance with non vta courses

PMP-74770 LMS My Training widget changes & Employee summary widget changes

  • Default: Both VTA and Non VTA course to appear in My Training widget

Existing System:

  • My Training Widget displays only VTA courses   
  • Employee Summary widget employee name information missing 

Purpose: 

  • User not able to find information in the LMS home page 
  • It requires multiple navigavtion to view this data 

Enhanced System:

  • My Training Widget will show both VTA and Non VTA records 
  • VTA will show Launch , Resume .Upon clicking will open the third party window as earlier(no change in scope)
  • Non VTA will show view course document .Upon clicking would redirect to course attachment
  • Order of Data in View All (older records to appear first)
    • Overdue
    • Incomplete
    • Open
    • Did not attend
    • Complete
  • Existing Data: would appear in widget
  • Impacts: NA

Purpose : 

  • Design Flaw .Supervisors should not be taking training on behalf of his direct reportees

  • Launch option removed
  • Direct reportee widget  have update outcome for VTA and Non VTA
