PMP-61814 Add Containment Action for Action Item Type

Existing System:

Hardcoded value for action type with Corrective Action and Preventive action item. Can't add new value due to the impact of hardcode lookup.
No option to capture an immediate action

Use Case / Purpose:

Dynamic lookup table to manage action item type and add new values as per requirement
Once a problem has been described, immediate actions are to be taken to isolate the problem
Containment action is to limit a problem's extent while continuing normal operation until the root cause is defined and permanent corrective action is implemented
Part of the 8D approach

Enhanced System:

Dynamic lookup table for the action item type
Add new "Containment Action" to the action item type.

Impacts: All screens using action item type

Note: The Containment Action will be available in ProcessMAP baseline and Internal sites. Needs to enable in customer's site based on the requirement.

PMP-75481 User would like to navigate mobile action item screen from Action Item mail live link

Existing System:

The action item live link navigates to the website action item details

Use Case / Purpose:

If the user clicks on the live link on a mobile device, it will navigate to the mobile action item summary screen.
Increase the mobile action item usage
User doesn't require to use both mobile and web versions of the application to manage action item

Enhanced System:

Action item live link will navigate to the website or app based on the platform.
If the user is using a desktop, it will navigate to the website
If the user is using a mobile or tablet it will navigate to the app.

Impacts:NA

Notes:

The feature is applicable only for mobile modules. Modules are not on mobile, the link will navigate the website.
iOS & Android: If the user clicks on the link multiple times on mobile, it will open multiple instances of the app. So avoid clicking the link multiple times on mobile.
Android: Don't click the link, if the user is in the progress of any activity in the detail or summary screen. It will navigate to the action item summary, without asking to save the in-progress activity.

No widget to view the hierarchy of controls counts on the home page

Use Case / Purpose:

Widget to display action item counts by the hierarchy of controls
The administrator can focus on the hierarchy of controls unable to close action items on time and their impediments
The administrator can reward the hierarchy of controls by always closing action items on time

Enhanced System:

Enable hierarchy of controls field for all modules having action item in products.
The widget displays action item counts by the hierarchy of controls
Bar chart with action item status colors and count
The chart can be filtered based on the status legend
Navigate to the action item list based on the hierarchy of control and counts

Filter Options:

Time Period
Modules, to view count by module
All Action Item or My Action Item
Top counts with options(5,10,15 and 20)
