Accessing Formula Builder

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on the Industrial Hygiene menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Formula Builder hyperlink under Qualitative Risk Assessment.
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the Formula in the Formula box.
6. Click  on the Save button.
