PMP-38557     Option to Add/delete Attachments & Locations  to Approved Tasks.

The application has been enhanced as the user having Task administration permission will be able to update the following information to an approved task

  • Add or delete location
  • Add or delete document

                                         

For updating location a new tab named "Edit Location" has been added. It will be available only for approved Task.





Business Rule

  • The newly introduced tab will contain the details of location which the user has saved in the details section. It will have hierarchical structure as shown in screenshot below.



  • Once the user clicks on edit button the above screen will appear. It will show all the locations already assigned to the Task as checked.
  • Once the user has made changes in the location, new tasks in task management and action items in calendar will be created if the user has added a location or existing task and open action items will be deleted if the user has removed a location.
  • For updating documents the documents tab is made editable.



  • Once the user add/ delete a document from the approved task, the same will be updated to all the associated tasks in task management and action items in calendar

PMP-41597     Group tasks, Auto assignment.

  • The changes made in group will reflect in the associated task (Including action items associated with the task). This will be applicable to tasks from both Task management and Task Library.
  • Once the user is added to a group associated with Task in approved state in Task Library and enabled state in Task Management then new action items will be created based on the task detail.





  • Once the user is removed from a group associated with Task in approved state in Task Library and enabled state in Task Management then all the existing open action items will be deleted.
  • The changes will not reflect in the tasks that is pushed from Task Library to Task Management and the group details are changed in Task Management i.e. if the user has selected Group A in Task Library and in Task management it has changed it to Group B then the changes made in Group A will not reflect in Task Management. Only changes made in Group B will reflect in Task management.

PMP-37403     Remove Delete permissions validation on Loading of Task Management List Screen.

  • The application has been enhanced to the delete permission will be checked once the user selects task and clicks delete. This will help in reducing the loading time of screen.



    Scenario-1

    In case the user doesn't have permission to delete any of the selected record then following message will appear.

    Scenario 2-

    In case the user has permission only for few of the selected record then the following message will appear.

    Scenario 3-

    If the user has delete permission for all the selected records then success message will appear as shown below.
