PMP-4512     As an end user would like to capture vehicle metrics for Trips Taken and Miles Driven.

  • The application has been enhanced as the user will be able to add Trips taken and Miles driven for a location for each month
  • A new permission is introduced to access the form, User will be able to navigate to Trips taken and Miles driven screen only if he has Permission
  • Based on the Trips taken and Miles driven KPI’s in the vehicle metrics screen are normalized
  • This is a Product level change
  • These Metrics are not updated in Cognos model in this version

Will be updated in Next version V18.0.2

PMP-9550     As an end user would like to see complete audit trail of changes made in Case Progression.

  • The application has been enhanced that the system will capture modifications done to Case 
  • In classification of Case screen following fields audit trail is captured
    • Classification of case
    • Date / First Date (Display as Date Reported in History irrespective of Case classification)
    • Last Date
    • Official Medical Diagnosis (Nature of Injury / Illness) 
    • Was medical Treatment Rejected?
    • Was Treatment provided offsite?
  • This is a product level change
  • All changes are grouped by date

Audit trail is in collapsed mode by default.

PMP-4075     As an end user should be able to attach summary screen attachments to mail.

  • The application has been enhanced as the user can be able to select the Attachments from different screens from Email incident summary
  • User can add attachments from following screens by Incident type
    • Injury Illness 
      • Reporting/ Claim screen
      • Case Management
      • Summary Screen
    • Nearmiss / Environmental/ Property Damage/ vehicle/ GL
      • Summary Screen
    • This is a customer specific enhancement with custom setting
    • Custom setting details

PMP-42627     As an end user should be able to "Email Incident summary report" just after the incident is saved.

  • The application has been enhanced to Email Incident Summary report will be available once the user saves the incident
  • The Business rule of dependency on Detail report completion is removed

PMP-43056     As an end user should be able to view in alert message of investigation section to navigate to next section or summary screen or stay in same screen.

  • The application has been enhanced as the user can follow the next button to complete the whole investigation process without coming back to Summary screen
  • If user intend to come back to Summary screen user can click “Ok”
  • If user intend to stay on the same page of investigation can click on “Cancel”

PMP-2957     As an admin should be able to setup notifications by personnel type.

  • For the following Events introduced Personnel type for which an admin can configure at the time of setting up the notification sets
    • Detail Report Completed
    • Incident Investigation Completed
  • Change in case Status

PMP-39319     As an end user while setting up Notification should be able to select Supervisors as well.

  • The application has been enhanced as system gives flexibility to select supervisor and supervisors supervisor for immediate notification users pick list for following notifications
    • Claim Submitted
    • Change in claim status
    • Management Review
    • Needle Stick Injury Report
    • Amputation Incident- OSHA Notification
    • Employee condition
    • DOT Reportable

PMP-42176     As an end user should be able to send notification when claim is submitted.

  • The application has been enhanced as system existing individual claim submission events are merged in to one single event

  • While setting up the event user can still have the flexibility to create immediate notifications sets by incident type

  • The application has been enhanced to have a new notification event change in claim status
  • Following are the options available in Change in claim status notification
    • In progress
    • Reopen
    • Rejected
    • Closed

PMP-41155     As an end user should be able to navigate to system from Notifications.

  • Live link has been updated for Incident ID in notification.
  • User can directly navigate to application using Incident ID.
    • If user is not logged in, system will take the user to Log in screen.
    • If user is already logged in, System will take to Incident summary screen.

PMP-39337     As an end user would like to send Notification to Supervisors about Investigation detail ownership. 

  • The enhanced system, will directly trigger a notification to supervisors about investigation ownership

PMP-43530     As an end user I would want to pull DOB and SSN number from Employee profile when Claim is submitted.

  • The application has been enhanced to system while claim is submitted, system will update SSN and DOB from Employee profile to claim form.

  • In Case Management details screen introduced a new tab which provides incident information
  • It is in the form of Incident summary report, which has incident information captured for that incident

PMP-4724     Make Date of Birth field as Mandatory in OSHA 301.

  • In OSHA 301 screen Date of Birth field is made as Mandatory.

PMP-39750     Delete permission validation on click of Delete Button in Incident List screen.

  • Delete permissions are validated once the user clicks on the delete button. System will validate the permission of user when he clicks on the delete button. 
  • At the time of loading, the list screen system will not validate any permissions.
