Adding SOAP Notes

User will be able to add a new SOAP Notes from Employee Medical Profile. SOAP stands for Subjective Objective Assessment Plan. Its a standard medical documentation format. 

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Occupational Health menu item.
  3. Click on the Appointment Central menu item.



4. Click on the Appointments hyperlink.



5. Click on the SOAP Notes tab.

6. Click on the Add button.

7. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
