Manage SOAP Notes

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Occupational Health menu item.
3. Click on the Manage SOAP Notes menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. The list of Manage SOAP Notes is available on the detail screen.
   
   
   
   
5. If the user wants to download the Soap Notes, Select the System ids by checking the checkbox.
6. Click on the Download Soap Notes button.
