Groups Overview

A set of users is called a group. Action items and tasks can be assigned to groups.

Groups can be created at the corporate or the location level. Only groups created under security can assign users from multiple locations. Groups are generally used in modules like Learning Management wherein a group of users are assigned a specific Training program, etc.  

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the "Setup" Icon.
2. Click on the "Security" Menu Item.
3. Clcik on the "Groups" Menu Item.
