Deleting a Cause of Incident

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

4. Select the Cause of Incident List menu item in Environmental Lookup Values.

5. Select the record from the list.

6. Click on the Delete Button.

7. After clicking on Delete Button,  a Pop-up window will show a message You are about to delete record(s).Continue?. Clcik on the OK Button.
