Adding a new Cause of Incident

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
   
   

4. Select the Cause of Incident List menu item in Environmental Lookup Values.

5. Click on the Add Button.

6. Complete the Details in How it was identified? screen and click on the Save Button.
