Adding a New Root Causes Sub-Section/Level

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
  3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.



4. Select the Root Causes menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.



5. To Add a new Root Causes sub-section/level, Select the Section/Level  under Root Causes List in the left hand pane.

6. Click on the Add Button.



7. Complete the Details in  Root Causes screen and click on the Save Button.
