Using the Filter

The filter allows users to choose the set of metrics on which they would like to report data. Only Programs included in the users’ permissions will appear.

The menu allows the user to select:
The reporting year
Program Name
Parameters (Sections)
Reporting Frequency (By Month)
Period (Month)



Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Modules Icon.
  2. Click on the Performance Management Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Enter Data Menu Item.



  4. Click on the Edit button.
  5. A Pop-up window will be displayed with the name Filters.  Select the required filters and click on the GO, Button.
