Working with Program Sections

Performance Management programs are comprised of a selection of indicators focused on a specific area such as head count, number of hours, etc.

Metrics in each program will be organized into sections. Sections serve to physically divide KPIs. Additionally, when users report data, they can choose an individual section in which to report. Section names can be modified without any functional impact.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Modules Icon.
  2. Click on the Performance Management Menu Item.
  3. Click on the Enter Data Menu Item.



  4. Section will be displayed for the program, as configured in Administration Setup.
