Working with the Risk Assessment Dashboard

Dashboards allow users to access summary data captured in the Risk Assessment module for the selected location or level

Accessing the Risk Assessment Dashboard

  1. Select the location or level in the Navigator.



  2. Click on the Modules icon.
  3. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.

  4. Click on the Dashboard menu item.






    Dashboard Options Description 

    Users will be able to change the options and graphs view on each of the widgets.

    Options

    • Allows the user to adjust the chart type (skin theme), chart title, data duration, KPI Group and how would you like the KPI to be Grouped / Displayed.  

    Adjusting the Dashboard Chart Filter

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Risk Assessment > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Options  icon.



    2. Next, a pop-up window titled Filter Options will display. On this screen, modify the appearance and contents of the chart by setting the desired filter options.

    3. Click on the GO button to apply changes.



    Data Overview

    • A summary of the data being represented within the chart.

    Summary of Dashboard Chart

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Risk Assessment > Dashboard

    Click on the Options  icon.



    1. Next, a pop-up window will appear with a summary of the data included in the chart.
    2. Click on the number links to drill down into the records included in the chart.

    (info) the Excel and Adobe PDF icons allow the user to export the table in Excel spreadsheet or in  Adobe PDF file format.

    Charts

    • Allows the user to adjust the chart type (ie. doughnut, horizontal bar or pie chart) and skin theme (ie.color theme of the chart)

    Change Chart Type and Color Scheme

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Risk Assessment > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Charts  icon.



    2. A pop-up window titled Chart Skin will appear. Click on the Chart Type drop-down menu to select desired chart.

    3. Next, click on the Skin Theme drop-down menu to select desired color scheme.

    4. Click on the GO button to apply changes.

    Data Details

    • Users can view the details which are being used to generate the chart.

    View Details of Dashboard Chart

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Incident Management > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Data Details  icon.



    2. Next a pop-up window will appear with the details used to generate the dashboard chart.



      (info) The filter icon enables search field(s) for the table.
      (info) the Excel and Adobe PDF icons allow the user to export the table Excel spreadsheet or into Adobe PDF file.

    Export

    • Allows the user to export chart to a PDF,Image,Excel or Word file

    Exporting the Dashboard Chart

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Risk Assessment > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Export icon.



    2. A pop-up window titled Export will display. Click on the Type drop-down menu to select desired export file type.
    3. Click on the green Export button.



    4. Open the downloaded file.


    Print

    • Allows the user to print the chart and send the file to your local or networked printer 

    Printing Dashboard Chart

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Incident Management > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Print  icon.



    2. Then, the below prompt will pop-up.



    3. Print your chart.



    Maximize

    • Allows user to view chart on a larger scale

    Maximize Dashboard Chart

    Navigate to: Desired Location or Level > Modules > Risk Assessment > Dashboard

    1. Click on the Maximize  icon.



    2. A pop-up window titled Chart View will display. This option shows the chart on a larger scale.

      1. The tab will navigate you back to the Filter Options screen.
