Reporting Wellness Checks on Mobile

Step-by-step guide

1. Tap on the Audit Management Menu Item.
2. Select the + to add a new Wellness Check

                              or

    3   Selecting the ellipsis on the top right, then select Perform Wellness Check.

   4.  Complete the details and Tap on the on the Check Mark.
