Risk Assessment Report

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
3. Click on the Manage menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. In Risk Assessment Report Column, Click on the hyperlink.
   
   
   
   

5. The Report will be available in another tab.
   
   
   
   

   • New Risk matrix has been places in the report.
   • As shown the risk matrix will display the categories/levels of risk for each hazard.
