Reporting Environmental Incidents on MobilePro

Users will be able to report an Environmental incident via the MobilePro App. 


Step-by-step Instructions:

Reporting an Environmental Incident:

  1. After logging into the app, tap on Incident Management.




  2. Tap on the     sign to add a new incident record from the Incident Management List Screen.



  3. Type in the Incident Title.
  4. Tap on Environmental for the Incident Type.
  5. Tap on the  to continue to the Incident Details screen. 



  6. Complete the Incident Details screen.
  7. Tap on the  to save and continue to the Environmental Incident Details and Damage Summary screen. 



  8. Complete the Environmental Incident Details section. 
  9. Complete the Damage Summary section. 
  10. Tap on the  to Save the form.
