Existing System: 

• The system deletes existing question findings if the response is changed irrespective of the response type

Purpose: 

• Provide flexibility to retain the finding in case the response is changed from one non-preferred to another non-preferred response

Enhanced System:

• Alerts the user if the response is changed from one non-preferred to another non-preferred response and it has a finding linked
• The user can choose to retain the finding or let the system delete it as it happens currently
• In case the response is changed to a different type, the system will not alert the user and delete the finding

PMP-78012 As a System Admin, I need to be able to configure auto closure of an Audit Program

• Title: Auto Close Audit Default

Existing System: 

• Updating Audit Program status is possible only from the Web
• For Mobile Pro users, closing an Audit becomes a two-step process, as the user first needs to log into the Web to close the Audit

Purpose: 

• Provide flexibility to mark an Audit as closed when the questionnaire is complete 

Enhanced System:

• While creating an Audit Program, the administrator can configure auto audit closure for every program
• Administrators have this option from both Web and Mobile
• The administrator has the option to set a default response for this field. By default, the field will have no response.
