Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Setup icon
  2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
  3. Click on Operational Profile Management menu item

  4. Click on Activity. 



  5. Click on New button.



  6. Complete all the fields in the Detail section 
  7. Click on Save & Next button. 



  8. In the Response section, Select the Response
  9. Select the Follow-on Question form
  10. Select the Score. 
  11. Click on Save & Next button.



  12. In the Applicability section, Select the Scope 
  13. Click on Save & Next button.



  14. In the Authoring section, Select the Activity Filter
  15. Select the appropriate Response to the Questions 
  16. Click on Save.
