Create Activity score

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Click on the Setup icon
2. Click on the Module Setup menu item.
3. Click on Operational Profile Management menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Under the Lookup values section, Click on Activity Score.
   
    
   
   
5. Click on New button.
   
   
   
   
6. Enter Activity Score Name
7. Enter Activity Score Value
8. Enter Comments
9. Select the Status.
10. Click on Save button.
