Report Builder

There are two types of PDF report templates available in App builder. System-defined report template and customizable report template. System-defined report template includes all the fields in the App and a customizable report template allows to customize the PDF report. By default, all the Apps have the system-defined report selected and a report builder is used to change the selection and create customized reports.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. To change the report type, click on “App Settings” and click on “Report Builder”
   
   
2. Click on the drop-down and select “Customized Report”
   
   
3. Use the editing tool to add text, change layout, or select fields from the App to populate the report.
   
   
4. Label fields will show the actual label of the field and the data fields will show the data entered by the users for the respective field while completing the record.
