PMP-90349 : Incident Investigator Report (Phase-2)

Existing System

  • Some of the details in the reports were not descriptive enough for Learning Management related information and hence needed to be improvised for better usability. 

Purpose: 

  • Improve the existing Investigator Report as per user feedback.

Enhanced System: 

  • The reports will now have additional details which is easy to review and very informative. The report title is changed to 'Training Outcome for the employees. The duration of the report is increased from 12 months to 36 months.

PMP-91690 : Auto-populate Employees when Department selected

Existing System

  • When a session is created with ‘Assign to Category’ as Department and a department is selected through the picklist, no employees are linked although they are associated with the department.

Purpose: 

  • To view the auto-populated field of Employees when Assign to Category is selected as Department.

Enhanced System:

  • User can see the Employees field auto-populated the department is selected through picklist.

PMP-91248: Option to copy Course Catalog when creating new location with Copy functionality

Existing System

  • In current system, we do not have any setup values available in location setup for LMS during copying a location.

Purpose: 

  • Ability to copy LMS location setup values when a location is copied

Enhanced System:

  • 'Course Catalogue' is added to the lookups in the Location setup while copying a location.

PMP-91063 : Remove New Button in Training Plan Setup at Level

Existing System

  • Currently, creating a Training plan at a Level results in error. As per functionality, training plan can only be created at location selection. Even if user selects any level, the system takes user’s location only.

Purpose: 

  • To hide the option to create a training plan at a level

Enhanced System: 

  • The training plan creation is working fine at location level. We have now hidden the New button at level selection.

PMP-92375 : Location Viewable in Training Progress Summary

Existing System

  • Currently, we do not have a location parameter in Training Progress Summary because of which when a course is assigned to multiple locations, at a level we are seeing the duplicate courses in multiple rows with no way to differentiate locations.

Purpose: 

  • Ability to see locations along with the course details in Training progress summary.

Enhanced System:

  • We have now added a location column that will help identify the assignment details for courses belonging to the respective locations.
