Existing System: 

• Some of the details in the reports were not descriptive for the BBS related information. 

  1. Existing section - ‘Behaviour-Based Observations on Employee’ doesn’t show any value for the metrics “Top 5 At Risk Behaviour Observation” in the IMS Investigator Report. 

  2. New data point to be added -”Behaviour-Based Observations in Employee's Department”. This should have the following three metrics:

  a. At Risk

  b. Safe

  c. Top 5 At Risk Behaviour Observation

Purpose: 

• Improve the existing Investigator Report as per user feedback.

Enhanced System:

• The reports will now have these additional details which is easy to review and very informative.

PMP-91062: BBS -Sequence/Sorting of the behaviors

Existing System: 

• Currently, Peer to Peer observations are listed in the order they are added to the database and when a group observation is done, the classifications list in alpha-numeric order. User would like to be able to order these as they please.

Purpose: 

• To allow option to sequence the behaviors and classification as required

Enhanced System:

• An option is now provided to sequence the order as per the customers' requirement.

PMP-92481: Introduce BBS Outbound API

Existing System: 

• Currently, BBS doesn't have an API for our customers to export all data.

Purpose: 

• Provide flexibility to customers to export BBS data in a format that can be then fed in to any analytics tool

Enhanced System:

• Has an outbound API, that can be used to export all BBS data for one location and year
