• Doesn't have the option to export the details from Lessons Learned 'Applicability Review Status' screen.

Purpose: 

• Add an 'Export' option in the 'Applicability Review Status' screen so that its easier for the user to download the details in an excel format.

• Has an 'Export' button in the Lessons Learned 'Applicability Review Status' screen.

PMP-92829: Hide Action Item column headers in Lessons Learned Report when it is not selected

• Action Item column headers are shown in the Lessons Learned Report even if the section is not selected in the Lessons Learned Details page.

Purpose: 

• Show/Hide the Action Item section header in Lessons Learned Report based on user selection.

• Show/Hide the Action Item column header in the Lessons Learned Report based on the selection in the Lessons Learned Details page.

PMP-92984: IMS-System Activity Log (pending Application screens)

Existing System: 

• Activity Log for all the Incident Management application side events has been completed in v23.2 with an exception to few screens.

Purpose: 

• A regulatory requirement like FedRAMP etc.
• Activity logs can also identify areas of non-compliance by providing information for audit investigations 
• The system administrator can track who created edited or deleted application records

Enhanced System:

• Implementation of Activity Log for the following pending Incident Management application side events :
  • User updates 'Controls in Place' / 'Comments' for Lessons Learned from List screen Capture the event when user sends Email Adjuster Notes
  • Root Cause Analysis (Summary screen) user updates Comments and Manage System Element
  • 5 why section (Summary screen) - user selects Confirm checkbox (to confirm the root cause) and save the details
  • Generate CSV from OSHA 300A List screen at level selection
  • Deletion of Action item from combined Investigation screen

*Note: Activity Log implementation is still pending for IMS Setup screens.
