Import KPI Data

  • Users can Import the KPI data by Location or by Department level.
  • After import the validation screen will validate each row based on KPI configuration if it is Location or Department reporting and process accordingly

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on Setup
  2. Click on Module Setup
  3. Click on Performance Management



  4. Click on Manage Data Imports 



  5. In KPI Data by Location section,
  6. To download the Import Template, Click on the Excel icon. Fill all the required information.
  7. Click on Import.



  8. Upload the Template 
  9. Click on Import the file.

     

  10. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the file has been uploaded successfully. Click on Ok.



  1. To check the status of Upload data import. In Data Import History row, click on H icon.



  2. Identity you file and check the status of the records.
  3. For more details, click respective column number.
