Working with Goals Setup

Goals Setup – identifies the absolute number or percentage increase/decrease KPI goal. Goals can be set annually for any location. Setting up goals is done for individual KPIs.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.
3. Click on the Performance Management Menu Item.
   
   

4. Select  Program Management menu item in Setup.

5. Select the Program from the list.

6. Click on the Goal Setup Tab.
