Viewing Documents and Folders

From the landing page, users may view the folders and documents. 

There are four system views available to the user:

All Documents – all documents in the system the user has permission to view

My Documents – documents where the user is the document owner or coordinator

My Pending Uploads – documents the user uploaded which are awaiting the document details to be entered

Recent Documents – documents finalized or released in the last seven days

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on the Documents icon.
2. Click on the Document Management menu item.
3. Click on the Manage Documents menu item.

4. To view documents and folders, select drop down menu item from All Documents.

5. To view all documents the user have permissions to view select All Documents from the All Documents drop down list.

6. To view the User Documents, select My Documents drop down from the All Documents drop down list.

7. To view the User Pending Documents, select My Pending Upload drop down from the All Documents drop down list.

8. To view User Recent Documents, select Recent Documents drop down from the All Documents drop-down list.
