Submit Change Request

Users with the Submit Change Request permission can submit a change request for a document in Final status.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Click on the Documents icon.
  2. Click on the Document Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Documents menu item.


4. Select Approved Pending Release from All Tasks dropdown.

5. Select the document from the Pending Approval list.


6. Click on the Submit Change Request Button.


7. The user will complete the Change Request section and select the Submit button.
